JBB Décor Inc – Frequently Asked Questions

What type of payments you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.  You may also choose to pay via PayPal.

Do you ship outside of U.S.A?
JBB Décor only ships to 48 states of U.S.A.  We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska or any other countries.

How can I get more details on different kinds of Area Rugs??
We have created an Area Rug Buying Guide to help you choose the best rug for your interior decorating.  Don’t forget to order Non-Slip Rug Pad for your rug.

After I place an order, what is the estimate time on arrival of my order?
It takes 2 to 3 business days to process your order.  Once your item ships, it may take 3 to 10 business days depending on your location in U.S.A.

How do I return a product?
If you are not satisfied with our product, and to receive full refund (excluding shipping cost back to us), you will need to email or complete Return form within 3 days after you receive your product.  See Return Policy for more details and complete Return form at the bottom of the return policy online to obtain Return Authorization #. 

Do I need a Return Authorization #(RA#)to return a product?
Yes, without RA #, we will not be able to track your returned product and may delay the process of crediting your account.

Which address I should return my product to?
Many times return address is different from the original purchased address so we request all of our customers to please complete Return Form online or email us at returns@jbbdecor.com to obtain RA # and correct return address for your products.

After I receive return address & RA#, how long does it take to see credit on my account?
After you receive ship to address and RA #, you will need to return item back within 15 days at your expense to receive full refund on purchase price and to avoid charge of restocking fee.  It may take a week or longer for warehouse to inspect your package due to the productivity of the manufacturer.  Once warehouse logs the return in their system, normally within 10 to 15 days, we will issue credit back to your account.
