Not Satisfied:
If you are not 100% satisfied with our products, you may return it at your own expense for full purchase price refund. You must complete Return Authorization (RA) form within 3 days of after receiving your item. You do not have to send your item in 3 days.
Once you complete RA form, you will receive an email with RA # and the address where you should ship your item. You must wait for this email before you ship your item. If you did not receive an email, please email us at returns@jbbdecor.com and we will send all the information to you as soon as we can. Many times the return address is different from the original purchased address. Please do not ship your item without RA#.
After receiving ship to address and RA #, you will need to return item back within 15 days at your expense to receive full refund on purchase price and to avoid charge of restocking fee. We do not issue refund on return shipping cost back to us and any other additional expedited shipping fees. If product is not returned within 15 days, 25% restocking fee applies on each returned item.
All items are inspected at the warehouse. It may take a week for our warehouse to inspect your package due to the productivity of the manufacturer. Please email us your tracking # so we can track your package and ensure the item is delivered at returned location. You will receive an email when your refund is issued back to your account. Email tracking # at returns@jbbdecor.com . Please include your order # and your RA # in the email.
The following conditions MUST apply on all returns:
- Product must be in the new, perfect condition in which you received it.
- Product must be shipped back in thick plastic to prevent damage during shipment and to avoid refusal at the warehouse.
- Product should have RA # outside the package.
- We will refuse return if product is shipped outside 15 days period, damaged or soiled, or your package does not provide an RA number.
- 25% restocking fee applies if shipped after 15 days but no later than 30 days.
- We will refuse return if item is returned after 30 days.
Ordered wrong item / Exchange:
If you have ordered wrong product and would like an exchange, same rules from section “Not Satisfied” of this policy applies. Please return the item at your expense and place another order. No refund will be issued on return shipping cost.
Our error / Defective items:
If you have received an item that is not what you originally purchased, or if there is a manufactured defect, we will be happy to exchange it at no additional cost to you. We will make arrangement with our shipping carrier to have the item picked up and will issue a replacement order for the correct product. If you do not want to receive a replacement, you will be responsible for paying the shipping cost for the item sent back to our location.
