Return Policy
If
you wish to return the item you've purchased, you will need
a return authorization number. To
receive your return authorization number, please enter and submit
your order information below. You will then be notified with a
return authorization number and address to ship your

Return
Procedure
You have 7 days to return your item from when you
are issued the return authorization number to avoid 25%
restocking fee. Unless the item is defective, you are
responsible for all processing fees and shipping cost back to our
warehouse. Shipping cost back to our warehouse is not
refundable. Items returned without a return authorization
number will be refused at the warehouse and shipped back to the
sender.
The following conditions MUST apply on all
returns:
- Product must be in the new, perfect condition in which you
received it.
- Product must be shipped back in thick plastic to prevent
damage during shipment and to avoid refusal at the
warehouse.
- Product should have return authorization number outside the
package.
- We will refuse return if product is shipped without
return authorization number.
- If item is damaged, soiled, returned after 7 days from
receiving return authorization number will incur 25% restocking
fee.
- We will refuse return if item is returned after 30 days
- You MUST email tracking # of your
returned item to returns@jbbdecor.com to
prevent delays in credit refund.
- We have rights to refuse returns on complicated orders
or on items/orders that has returned once before.
In some instances after
your order has been processed, cancellation or changes to the order
will not be permitted. Any shipments refused for reasons other
than damage may result in a 25% shipment refusal penalty fee.
All items are inspected at the
warehouse. It may take a week for our warehouse to
inspect your package due to the productivity of the
manufacturer. Please email us your tracking # so we can track
your package and ensure the item is delivered at returned location.
You will receive an email when your refund is issued back to your
account. Email tracking # at returns@jbbdecor.com .
Please include your order # and your RA # in the email.
